Man shot dead in Kensington

The Metropolitan Police say a man with a firearm was shot dead when they tried to approach him in a vehicle after he had entered a bank and a bookmakers in Marloes Road.
The police are trying to identify the man and recommend people stay away from the area.
The incident is not being treated as terrorist related.
