Application for Religious Exemption from Mask Wearing

What can possibly be "religious" about wearing a mask? This is my application to the Veterans Administration hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Part of my application is my review of studies of mask effectiveness showing they if they help at all it is too little to document, while the harm they cause is easy to document. The other part is the Biblical emphasis on truth. When a mandate is based not on evidence but on censorship of evidence, and is morally empowered with indignation against disagreement as emotional as reactions to blasphemy, that describes a state-established religion. A false god. The Bible tells us how readily we should bow down to a false god.
