Come hang out with me while I talk about my plant based meal planning for weight loss strategy! I am down 40 pounds and only 2 months postpartum after delivering my baby girl. I have used a plant based diet to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight in conjunction with this exact meal planning strategy.
