Dr. Larry McDonald (D-GA) explains the folly of "voting equality", i. e. how the federal government interferes in state voting districts and how they are made up. Really, that should be left to the states.

Starting this July 4th, 2020 we add more and more chapters here on Youtube so these important facts about the US Constitution can be presented to all Americans before the upcoming election and to the entire world community so they can see what constitutional government is really about.

Dr. Larry McDonald (1935-1983) wrote the book while he was serving as a Congressman from Georgia, several years before he and 268 others on a South Korean jetliner were killed or kidnapped by the Soviet Air Force in 1983. This new edition contains the texts of both the Declaration of Independence (and its signers) and the Constitution (and its amendments), as well as two tributes offered at Congressman McDonald’s memorial service.
