Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

1 lb bacon
32 oz tater tots
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups of cheese of your choice
12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbl spn chives if not moreShow more

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Heat bacon and cook thoroughly, then drain grease with paper towels
Grease 9 x 13 dish or what you have and spread tater tots on bottom
Sprinkle 1/2 lb bacon and 1 cup cheese over tater tots
In bowl whisk eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and chives together
Pour over tater tots and place in oven until golden brown
If you are using it the following day, cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight
