Also you can set it to display the current rate of roku buffering and streaming and your network speed each time you play something. Make sure to start sequence from the HOME screen! Do it at about the speed I show in the video. Too fast and it won't work. Too slow and it won't work. Should work on Roku 1, Roku 2, Roku 3, Roku streaming stick etc.

Home 5 times
Rewind 3 times
Fast Forward 2 times

Also, any time you reboot your Roku, the setting defaults back to "automatic" and you will need to change again.
