'The President Is Very Concerned': Psaki Reacts To SCOTUS Abortion Ruling

In a press briefing Friday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that the president is very concerned with the Supreme Court ruling this morning, allowing Texas to implement its own abortion law while allowing providers to sue at the state level.
