Do not take bribes

Bribe leads one to destruction!
Do not pervert justice or show partiality. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe (gift or reward) blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the innocent.(Deuteronomy 16:19)
“Cursed is anyone who accepts a bribe (gift) to kill an innocent person.” (Deuteronomy 27:25)
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass away from the law, till all things be accomplished. (Matthew 5:18)
