My Name - by STILL and Erin Reilly

Sung in the perspective of an unborn baby, this song gives a voice to the human life ripped from the mother's womb, murdered and robbed of their precious life. The bible says God knows us before we are even born, and He Himself knitted us together in the womb (Psalm 139:13, Isaiah 49:1, Galatians 1:15, Psalm 22:10). When a child is conceived, it is a life with an eternal soul. Choosing to end that life is choosing murder, the killing of innocent blood. Fight for these precious souls, defend the defenseless, save the lives of countless children, choose life and stand up against abortion.

LYRICS:
Never met the one, never felt the touch
Of a warm embrace from a friend I loved
Didn’t the find the cure, couldn’t save the world
But I’m going down, I’m going down
Never had a dream, what’s a memory
How’s it feel to win sweet victory?
All the things I never got to do
Feel so tiny

But I know that You know my name
In Your eyes my life was not in vain
And to this world it may seem insane
To think You have another plan beyond this small grave

But God You know my name
How You know me
I know You know my name
So lay me in the ground, ground, ground, oh ground
And I’ll be found, found, found oh found in Your arms

Never stopped the one who's giving up
Wasn't there for a child no matter what
Didn't tell the lost who died for us
Tell the hurting there's hope in Jesus
Only God knows what could've been
If I had the chance to just begin
All the things I never got to do
Feel so tiny

But I know that You know my name
In Your eyes You can see my pain
And to this world it's absurd to say
That You would have another plan beyond this infant grave

But God You know my name
How You know me
I know You know my name
So lay me in the ground, ground, ground, oh ground
And I’ll be found, found, found

Down, ooh goin' down, goin' down, goin' down (down)

And I know that You know my name
And in Your eyes my life was not in vain
And to this world it may seem insane
That You would have another plan beyond this infant grave

But God You know my name
How You know me
I know You know my name
So lay me in the ground, ground, ground, oh ground
And I’ll be found, found, found oh found in Your arms
