Take a closer look and compare, on the left - a new healthy heart, on the right - an obsolete one. Pay attention to the size, wall elongation, and the amount of yellow deposits (fatty tissue) on the old heart. There may be many reasons for this, but the result is the same - stretched and thin walls are not capable of compressing and pushing blood with sufficient force.
