God stands in the (Ps. 82)
Congregation of the mighty
He judges among the gods How long will you Judge unjustly
And show partiality to the wicked?
Defend the poor and fatherless, do justice to the needy

“Defended al débil y al huérfano:
Haced justicia al afligido
Y al menesteroso, Librad al necesitado
Libradlo de mano de los impíos”

They do not know
Nor do they understand
They walk about in darkness
While the foundations

Of the earth are shaken

I said you’re gods And
All of you, all of you are
Children of the Most High
But you shall die
Like men
And fall like one of the princes

Arise O’God judge the nations

“Because your heart is lifted up, (Eze. 28:1)
And you say, ‘I’m a god,
I sit in the seat of gods,
In the midst of the seas,’
There’s no secret that can be hidden
from you! With your wisdom
You’ve gained riches
gathered gold and silver in your treasuries;

Behold, therefore, I’ll bring strangers against you,
Ruthless nations;
And they’ll draw swords,
And pierce your splendor.
Down to the pit they shall bring thee
You’ll die a violent death in the heart of the seas.

“Will you still say before him who slays you,
‘I am a god’?
But you shall be a man, and not a god,
In the hand of him who slays you.
You shall die the death of the uncircumcised
By the hand of strangers
