This 6x56 stick features a dark tan wrapper with a smooth slightly oily paper bag texture, firm but light pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and pungent caramel hay aroma. First light reveals a slightly snug draw with decent mild-medium bodied smoke production showing a smooth nuttiness on the draw followed by a slight floral citrus tang on the short clean finish. The 1st third quickly opens the draw nicely putting out better smoke upping the body to a medium. Draw flavors are a deep nut with a good mount of pepper that lasts to the now long sweet soapy finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes dropping a solid ash chunk with flawless construction and a razor sharp burn. Body is pushing medium-full with the same mix of notes but everything evened out with the sweetness more prominent on the draw and pepper mellowed out a touch. Ending at 1:20 the last third keeps the same flavor profile but rams up the strength to almost match, quite strong!
