Moderna and the NIH Signed a Deal for Joint Ownership of COVID Vaccines Before the Wuhan Outbreak

Moderna and the NIAID signed a deal for joint ownership of mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates 2 weeks prior to the outbreak in Wuhan.

Glenn Beck later goes on to say that the people who signed the deal are the same people who shut down the conversation for "lab leak" theory in January.
