Please try out this very simple 10min workout that includes 10 repetitions of simple exercises that you can do 3 times. 1 round is about 3 minutes long and works out arms and legs. Do as much as you can tolerate or start out with a few exercises and add on as you feel comfortable. Only equipment needed is a chair or something to hold on to if you need to.
