How to make a perfect omelette in 5 easy steps :~

Ingredients Requires:
1. Cooking Oil
2. Eggs
3. Salt, turmeric, red chili powder

Step 1. Add just a few drops of cooking oil to the pan and heat.

Step 2. Break 2 eggs and pour them on the hot oil. Spread evenly over the pan area.

Step 3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, turmeric and red chili powder ( as per taste).

Step 4. Let it settle for a minute on a medium burner, then toss it over upside-down and heat for half a minute.

Step 5. Take it off the pan and it's ready! You can eat it plain, or with bread slices sandwich or any other way you like.
