Is This Better Than A BLT? Maybe!

WoW! Bacon is great on a BLT, but pork belly is 3 times better. We absolutely LOVE the smoked pork and how it adds another dimension to this samich. It you have the extra time to smoke the pork, this is a gourmet upgrade to the BLT!
