The Village of Beverly Hills, is NOT in the QVF data for Oakland County. I show that all locations in the QVF list FRANKLIN as the city which is a different city west of Beverly Hills.

Also, Bingham Farms and Wolverine Lake are not listed in the QVF voting rolls so you will also have location finding issues with these cities as well.
