Ingredients
* 24 oz Full- fat cream cheese
* 1 cup Sweetner
* 2 eggs
* 1/4 Lemon -Lemon juice
* 1 tbsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
Instructions
1. Preheat oven 350°
2. Add the soften cream cheese and eggs to a large mixing bowl
3. Using a hand mixture mix the ingredients until they combine with one another
4. Once combined, add the lemon juice, vanilla extract and sweetener and mix again to combine
5. Once combined, add lemon zest and mix again until it is incorporated and you have a thick and creamy filling
6. Now pour The cheesecake filling into the baking pan. Use spatula to evenly distribute the filling across
7. Bake for 30 -35 minutes. You will know when it’s done when you shake the pan the middle slightly jiggle
8. Once it’s baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool down to room temperature
9. Then cover the top of the pan with tin foil and refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours
10. Enjoy it with whip cream
