What are we doing to raise the vibration of our Holy Vessel... our body so we can receive the powerful Cosmic Energies flowing in our realm that are supporting our spiritual evolution 💙

We’re all doing our best to eat healthy ... but this time of year it can be challenging with all the desserts and goodies like pies that are EVERYWHERE... lol 😁🥧🍪

Eating fruit is a wonderful way to cleanse and nourish our bodies.
Fruit is dense with nutrients and structured water... a perfect food for humans 🍋🍊🍇

Fruits and vegetables are high vibration foods and will give us the fuel, energy and nutrients we need to be our most healthiest self.

We are so blessed in this part of the earth to have access to so many different kinds of foods.
Here in California we have fresh fruits and vegetables year round.... I have no excuse right! 🥰🍇

By taking care of our vessels we are showing self love and respect for the creation.
