Government has or has plans to remove 100% of parental rights over their children, but infact required to do to their children what government dictates - even so far as can preform medical treatments on their children without their knowledge or concent, even so much as remove children from parents care and madr ward of the state and parents thrown in jail - unfortunately that last bit is currently legal in some states.
