Our Fajita Vegetarian Spaghetti is an accidental Meal that has become a weekly Favorite! The Fajita Vegetables and all the Seasonings Soak in to the Pasta and create a light Sauce, we don’t even miss the Meat! Roast up the Vegetables in the Oven and then Toss with the Cooked Spaghetti, So Delicious!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit (Vegetables Only)
Roasting Time: 35 – 40 Minutes
Cook Spaghetti According To Package Instructions
Serves 4

Fajita Vegetarian Spaghetti Ingredients:

16 Ounce Package Spaghetti Pasta
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 Yellow Onions
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (added to cooked Spaghetti)
