Who doesn’t like PRIme rib especially for holidays..
Definitely getting BIG WoW from the guests every time I am making it..

Cooking PRIMe Rib can be intimidating.. of course it’s pricey and you don’t want to ruin it.. but it’s actually pretty simple..and easy. Follow few instructions and you will have a big Success!!!

1.. make sure you bring your meat to room temperature.. by taking out from the fridge for about 3 hour prior roasting it.. of course time depends on how big you piece of meat

2. Get a good quality Coarse salt..

3. The length of cooking time depends on how rare you want your meat to be..

Start by cooking your roast in preheated to 500 F for 15 minutes, than lower temperature to 325 F and cook your roast for :
10-12 min per pound for RARE prime rib
13-14 min per pound for medium rare
14-15 for medium
16-20 for medium well

4. Have a Meat Thermometer is a MUST! Every oven is different, meat thickness is different.. so.. make sure you check temperature of meat for your liking
115-120 F for rare
125-130 F for medium rare
135-140 F for medium
145 -150 F for medium well

Keep IN Mind!!!!!!! Temperature of the meat continue to rise about 5-10 degrees F when resting.. and out of the oven.. !!!!

5. Loosely cover meat with foil and allow it to rest for 30 minutes before carving.. it’s a MUST!! —- it’s allows the juices stay and seal into the meat.. your meat will be juicy and tender!!

6. Serve and Enjoy it!!
