Try any type of herbs you prefer. Thyme, coriander, rosemary, sage or whatever takes your fancy if you have a glut. Use any nuts you prefer. You could replace nuts with turnip or radish or avocado or anything that your taste buds agree with. Add some lemon or lime zest. Do an experiment and mix a a small batch by hand, use your taste buds and imagination :)
