Post partum workout| how to lose weight after giving birth|

My upper body workout routine. Here are a few of the exercises I do on a usual upper body day. I usually do cardio for 10 mins.
Sometimes less because I hate cardio😅
But I do every exercise 3 sets and 10-12reps.
