Biden's DOJ sues Texas for racist voting law favoring Whites * 12/06/2021

(Dec. 6, 2021) Attorney General #MerrickGarland announced he was suing #Texas for #gerrymandering to rig elections to benefit Whites. He quoted the #SuprmeCourt, saying "Voters should choose their representatives, not the other way around." Actually, it was Justice Ruth Bader #Ginsburg who said that in June 2015 when #Arizona was arguing that a State legislature should write voting laws, not an independent commission through a ballot initiative. Justice Sonia #Sotomayor also took this view: “If a state constitution says that the people hold the power and they can choose a commission or however else they want to do it, isn’t that the legislative process?” she asked. After seeing all the evidence of #ElectionFraud in the 2020 election, and hearing all the denials and the refusals to turn over data and routers during #ElectionAudits, it's a little rich to hear "liberals" complain about rigging elections.
