City selling of waterfront property for just $74k???

The city values this at $15 a square foot. What we were talking about this man being allowed to buy YOUR property for pennies on the dollar. He will then gain private access to Landa Park Lake and golf course property next to his $1 Million+ dollar house. What’s going on here? Well, I found out quite a bit. And to elaborate, this is 69+ feet of river frontage. This should technically be public access to a public lake or stream as guaranteed in the Texas constitution. But the city currently doesn't recognize that right, just like with the river fees. I can assume, the property owner is tired of seeing people go here. There is a private park on public land next door. Thats a long story. But this is the nail in the coffin for public access to the creek. They are trying to cut this off before the people demand access and win in court to have this access allowed. We perked some ears up on this one. Please pray for my family and the rest of the CNBRG team as we research this more. We are uncovering very deep connections. If you come to these meetings, you will see who's friends with who.
