Guardians Serve Notices of Liability On Principal

A Kiwi Grandma and Mum have joined forces to stand up for the kids they love and inspire others to also speak up.
The brave pair served Notices of Liability against the principal of Whangaparoa College on Auckland’s North Shore. The documents make it expressly known that they hold the principal liable for any and all negative outcomes from covid indoctrination, mask use, or vaccination pressure on their children while under his care at school.
Gail, Trina and the principal Steve have a moving, non-confrontational dialogue that exposes the pressure principals are under with ministerial orders.
This exchange also shows us how men and women can communicate in a peaceful, respectful and powerful way to try and reach a meeting of minds and rebuild trust.
The Concerned People’s law Counsel (CPLC) salutes Gail and Trina for the guts they showed in speaking out and the poise they held when putting the principal on Notice over state pressure over vaccination.
The pair got assurances from principal Steve that teachers and staff at Whangaparoa College have been gagged from talking about the dreaded C or V words with any student, a policy that has been applauded by the CPLC.
Also getting assurance from Steve that the vax bus would not be turning up at Whangaparoa College again was also a big win for Gail and Trina.
“At this point in time there is no intention for Whangaparoa College to have any more vaccination buses on site and I stick by that at this point in time,” Steve said.
