Big Mill-town project

This is the mill behind the marketplace, on the river. This will be on the council agenda soon. This is a big deal. And IMO, very good for our city if done right. However, this needs to be an SUP so they can't cram thousands of condos in here. We need to give the city input if possible. Item C) PZ21–0352. We need to make sure there is some park space allocated to the city so we can get access to the river. We need to ask for as much as possible and hope we can at least get something for our people. This will bring a lot of traffic to business 35 and a lot of traffic to my neighborhood. Would love to see this area of town be brought up but it has to be done responsibly.
