U.S. military develops Ukraine air defenses

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry is showing footage of American and Ukrainian troops collaborating on air defenses. The video was released the day before U.S. President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin's high stakes video conference over the troop buildup in the region.
