Note: I realized after making the video that "severe effects" may refer to temporary debilitating effects which have subsequently gone away. So maybe the 10 million number is a bit too pessimistic. Not sure. I will personally still be very much opposed to any substance that causes severe harm even if the effect appears temporary.
