Mayuri Kurotsuchi's speech on Perfection

In my opinion, this is one of the best speeches to come out of the bleach anime, and indeed most anime as a whole. There's just something that resonates with me about it. I tried to upload it to YouTube and of course viz media blocked it on copyright so have it here.
