Meet Dave Paris: He is a hardworking rancher who bought land in Northwest Nebraska, near Marsland, to escape the arid, non-productive climate of Nevada. He has worked hard to establish a cattle operation that he can pass to his children and grandchildren. He likely will not be able to do that unless a tax reform like EPIC comes along.
