US diplomatically boycotts Beijing Olympics; Court denies government’s OSHA vaccine mandate lawsuit

The Sixth Circuit Court denied the Biden administration’s request to transfer the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) vaccine-or-test requirement lawsuit to a different court. It also rejected the White House’s appeal to lift a stay on the vaccine mandate.
