“A Day of Infamy: Richard Rohr and Penal Substitution” – Gino Geraci

The Second World War began in September of 1939. Americans were aware of it but the problems were “over there” somewhere. In September of 1940 Japan sign a pact with German and Italy and joined the war which was still “over there.” American didn’t feel threatened. Well, until December 7, 1941, when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. In a similar way, Richard Rohr and New agers were waging a war against God with the Enneagram but that was “out there” not in the church. Well, that was true until Richard Rohr’s forces invaded the church in October of 2016 when IVP released Suzanne Stabile and Ian Cron’s book, The Road Back to You. Richard Rohr’s teachings denying man is separated from God by sin, denial of penal substitution and other essential doctrines are spreading through the church.
