2020 - we have had multiple major decision from the judicial branch of our government. The third branch of the United States government often dominates today's headlines. Is this how the founding fathers intended it to be? Were the courts supposed to be this powerful? Quite the oppisote. The founders actually intended for the judiciary to be the weakest of the three branches.
