Despite not sleeping too well, and feeling a bit worn out, I am very pleased with this set!
I decided to go no higher than six reps, to manage my fatigue and recovery, and that seemed to be the perfect point to call it. The top set felt a little more difficult than I anticipated, but overall, I am satisfied. Plus, I am feeling great afterwards! Now for some deficit deadlifts and ab work, and then rest 🤟🏻
