In this tutorial I will share thoughts on how I use design and composition to paint loose. Many aspiring artists underestimate the power of design and that's a major in my humble opinion. When I spend extra time designing I also make special connections to the image, subject and details. I can easily work out potential issues and start to envision how I will execute the painting.
