Balesin Island Getaway, Jan 2021, Day 1

Finally! We were able to get out of Manila after almost a year! Thankfully, infections have been going down, and lockdowns have been easing.

But still, Balesin is taking all the necessary precautions. Everyone going to the island is required to take swab tests, wear masks, face shields and observe social distancing.

This is a much needed getaway. This pandemic has been taking a toll on both our physical and mental health. And this was the break we needed.

Balesin is one of the most prestigious island here in the Phlippines. And we are lucky we had the chance to visit.
