basic chili in the power cooker plus

Saute 4 arches of celery, 2 onions and 1 Tbsp of garlic together until onions are translucent

Brown meat (i used just over a pound)

Spices
3 tbsp of chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp of cayenne pepper

add
1 can of corn
1 can of carrots
2 cans of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
2 cans of diced potatoes

press soup/saute for 30 mins

eat when done.
