Magnasonic Professional Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner review MGUC500

I picked this up on a lark. Wanted something that would clean wifes jewelry without breaking a budget.

This was about $40, but cheaper versions are out there (even some extra cheap unbranded models from china). Works very well on gold, but silver remains tarnished after cleaning even with soap in the water being used

The cleaner allows for the use of non-corrosive cleaner to be used, but short of tarnex, I am not sure what can be done about the tarnish on silver. This may be a great solution for someone with a lot of gold (or eyeglasses), but silver will still require some chemical to remove the tarnish. I may try using a baking soda solution to see if I notice any improvement. If I make a video I will post at a later date.
