I present to Your attention a recipe for delicious Borscht with a detailed description.
Hello. Please do not judge strictly, as this is my first role. But the borsch will turn out to be very tasty.
Ingredients for 3 liters of broth:
1. Broth - 3 liters.
2. Meat - optional.
3. Vegetable oil - 50 ml.
4. Onion - (1 head) 150 gr.
5. Potatoes - 500 gr.
6. Cabbage - 400 gr.
7. Beets - 200-250 gr.
8. Carrots - 200 gr.
9. Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons.
10. Vinegar 9% - 2-3 tablespoons.
11. Sugar. - 1 tablespoon.
12. Bay leaves - 1-2 pcs.
13. Garlic - 4-5 cloves.
14. Salt, pepper - to taste.
