Wintry mix Sunday, with little accumulation

A storm will move through today bringing a wintry mix across the area. We are mainly going to see light snow for our northern counties and rain showers for our southern counties, but sleet and light freezing rain are also possible. Accumulating snow is possible in Fond du Lac, Dodge, Washington, and western Sheboygan counties, with accumulation <1/2". Ice accumulation is also possible with freezing rain around midday, with <1/10" possible in Walworth, Jefferson, Waukesha, Dodge, and Washington counties. Any ice that does accumulate will melt as temperatures warm into the afternoon. Showers will begin around 9 a.m. and end around 5 p.m. Highs will be near 40°. This storm will also bring strong winds across the area. Winds today with be southeast 15-25 G35 mph, tonight west 15-25 G40 mph, and Monday west-northwest 20-25 G45 mph. Winds will quickly weaken Monday night.
