Sweet Russian pirozhki in the oven! | Pirozhki with apple jam🍎

INGREDIENTS:
250 ml warm milk
7 gr dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
100 gr sugar
1 whole egg and 1 white
a sachet of vanilla sugar
50 g warm melted butter
550 gr flour
400 gr apple jam
For brushing:
1 yolk
1 tbsp milk
Cooking process:
1.Pour warm milk into a bowl, add yeast and mix everything.
2.Add salt, sugar, a whole egg, 1 egg white, vanilla sugar, melted butter and mix everything.
3. Sift flour and add gradually.
4. Knead the dough with your hands for at least 7-8 minutes.
5.Add vegetable oil and continue kneading.
6. Put the dough in a warm place for 2 hours.
7. Divide the dough into 13 pieces and form balls.
8. Leave to rest for another 5 minutes.
9. Roll out each ball.
10.Put the filling and pinch the edges of our piroshki well.
11. Put in a warm place for another 20 minutes.
12. Brush with yolk and leave on the table for another 10 minutes.
13.Bake in an oven preheated at 356F for 20 minutes.
