Did Moderna Suspension effect Covid19 rates in Japan (or was it Ivermectin)?

Did Japan suspending Moderna vaccines effect their new case rate?
Was Ivermectin what decreased the rate of Japan's new Covid19 cases?
Or was there some other reason? Could the suspension of Moderna vaccines have influenced it? Or was it due to a regressive mutation?
