Riding To The Top of The Gateway Arch And Having Mississippi Riverboat Tour
Riding to the top of the Gateway Arch and having Mississippi Riverboat tour is really fun. Today we visit one of the most iconic monuments in the United States, The Gateway Arch in St. Louis. Missouri. Construction began in 1963 and completed 1965.
The Arch was designed by Eero Saarinen an immigrant from Finland. The Arch was Saarinen's first grade design and was followed by many others such as the General Motors Technical Center and Dulles International Airport.
The outside skin is constructed of stainless steel. It uses the most stainless steel of any one project in history.
We enjoyed riding to the top of the Gateway Arch, visiting the museum inside the Gateway Arch.
Having Mississippi Riverboat cruises is so awesome. It takes about 2 hours enjoying the view around. We really love it.
