Pork chops with aubergines
MATERIALS
4 eggplants
3 pork chops
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 sprig of thyme
olive oil
salt, pepper 1 clove garlic.
EXECUTION OF A RECIPE
Cut the aubergines into slices and add a little salt and leave them in a bowl.
Cut the peppers into thick strips and the garlic into thin slices.
Put the peppers to fry for a while with the olive oil, the salt, the pepper and the thyme sprig.
Take out the peppers and add the slices of the aubergines and fry them for a while.
At the end, fry the steaks for a while and take them out.
Spread all the vegetables and meat in a wide and shallow saucepan, add a little more olive oil and a little more salt.
Put the pot on a very low heat to cook everything only with the liquids that the meat and vegetables will get.
Very simple and very tasty dish.
Accompany it with a glass of red wine
