How naval ships get replenished while at sea

US Navy gets supplies, fuel, and food to sustain operations while at sea. This setup is called UNREP (Underway Replenishment). It requires the ships to match a constant speed in parallel so they do not drift or collide into each other, while the replenishment is being conducted.
