A school board in Virginia has returned to the library two controversial books that some parents say are “obscene and pedophilic”.

📗 The first book in question is Lawn Boy, a novel by Jonathan Evison, which includes long descriptions of sex acts performed by a 10-year-old.

📘 The second book, Maia Kobabe’s Gender Queer: A Memoir, features photos of sexual acts between a man and a boy.
