145 Kgs x 8 Squat. Tired, but not bad! 🤟🏻

I was pretty tired today, but surprisingly my strength and form held up today! Putting lighter back squats with some pause repping has really helped me get back in to the groove 🤟🏻. My high end goal was 10 reps today, whixh I think I could have done, if I wanted to grind them out; but again, I am tired, and I want to manage my fatigue. All in all, I am pretty satisfied with today's set!
