Those Demanding Investigations into Jan 6 Are the Very People Who Must be Examined!

Former New York City Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik told Breitbart News that Democrats "fabricated" claims and "lied" in a subpoena issued to him by a House committee ostensibly investigating the events of January 6.Show more

The subpoena sent to Kerik by the controversial and partisan Select Committee to Investigate the Jan. 6th protest around the U.S. Capitol had false claims about his location on January 5 drawn from left-wing news media and political pundits, including Bob Woodward’s 2021 book Fear, Rage, and Peril and news outlets like the Washington Post.

“They actually fabricated — inside the congressional subpoena — they made up a meeting I was supposed to be at, on Jan. 5th in DC,” Kerik said while being interviewed on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News show with host Joel Pollak. “They fabricated the meeting. They lied on an official congressional subpoena.”

He said, “They used sources for this story. They stated that I was there on Jan. 5th at a meeting, and they got this information from Bob Woodward’s book. Well, this was a lie. They said they got this from the Washington Post. That also was a lie. Bottom line is, I was not in Washington, DC, on Jan. 5th. I was in NY City, so they lied on their congressional subpoena.”

The subpoena sent to Kerik says that the House committee’s “investigation” has “found credible evidence of your connection to the events within the scope of this Committee’s inquiry.”

The House committee is allegedly investigating January 6 and includes seven Democrats and two RINO Republicans, Congressmembers Liz Cheney (WY) and Adam Kinzinger (IL). It also has an official “tip line” requesting “information about the January 6th Attack on the U.S. Capitol.”

This comes at a time when Democrats are increasingly working to target conservatives as “white nationalist terrorists” in a nationwide attempt to silence the competition. This never-ending campaign of bullying, intimidation, and outright terrorism will never stop unless conservatives make it stop by retaking the White House in 2024 and the U.S. Congress in 2022. Otherwise it will continue to get worse and eventually there will be no more hope for MAGA conservatives.

Bernie has agreed to testify before the U.S. House committee about the January 6 riot at the Capitol, but only if his testimony happens in public.

Bernie joined the New York City Police Department in 1986. He was commissioner of the New York City Department of Correction between 1998 and 2000. And served as New York City Police Commissioner from 2000–2001 during the September 11 attacks.

IMO, the investigation for Jan 6 needs to focus on Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Mitch McConnell!
